Understanding the relationship of internal and external factors within a total systems perspective and their impact on the ability to achieve business objectives is crucial for those organizations wishing to remain competitive in the marketplace This course will focus on the interplay of internal and external factors in strategically managing the future of business enterprises. Students in this course, regardless of their chosen vertical in the business world, will explore the essential role of competitive strategy in business.
