Overview

This course provides the student with a focused opportunity to identify leadership qualities and to assess their effectiveness for future career directions. Students explore the professions of Sales, Marketing and Service to design a career plan of leadership in management positions.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Identify a set of career positions that have the potential for personal and professional growth.
Describe leadership positions in a chosen area and identify primary components.
Design a professional plan for development and growth for the next 10 years and identify goals and objectives to meet that plan.
