In a global marketplace, how do the dynamics of intercultural communications influence commercial and political decision making? This course takes an interdisciplinary approach to introduce you to key concepts of intercultural communications, including the principles of good practice in intercultural communications and the critical issues of intercultural communications in commercial and political contexts. Students complete self-assessments throughout the course and analyze areas of strengths/weaknesses within the scope of intercultural communications to determine recommendations for improvement.
