Institutional Review Board (IRB) Chair

Prior to joining JIU, she was the Faculty Department Head of Information and Learning Technology on the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center campus, where she led the deployment of a storage area network and directed a streaming video program. She also established a collaborative multimedia health sciences database, directed the in-house development of an electronic help desk, and managed IT projects. Dr. Kinsella received her doctorate in Visualization Sciences from Texas A&M University. She has presented professional papers and exhibited work at The Getty Center for the History of Art and Humanities, Yale University, and ACM Hypertext conferences.
