Dr. Balachandran is Professor of Accounting and Operations Management and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance at the Stern School of Business, New York University. He has also taught at the University of Kentucky, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dr. Balachandran has made over 200 presentations at national and international meetings and has been published in the Journal of Accounting Research, Econometrica, and Management Science. He is a member of the American Accounting Association, the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences, the Operational Research Society of India, and the Institute of Management Accounting.
