Faculty Professional Development Coordinator

Dr. Mageehon is the Developmental Writing Program Coordinator and Writing Center Director at New Mexico State University-Alamogordo. She teaches courses for Jones International University in the Master’s of Education program and is assisting in developing courses for the same. Her research emphasis is on adult learners and technology in developmental education programs in the community college setting. She works as an advocate for adult non-traditional learners in higher education through teaching and research.
